Check before you measure
Printer drivers can resize a page even when the source dimensions are correct. Measure the printed 100 mm check line using a physical ruler. If it does not measure 100 mm, fix the print scaling and print again.
How to use it
Cut around the outer border if desired. Start at the zero tick, not the paper edge. The metric scale has a tick every millimeter; the imperial scale divides each inch into sixteen parts. A paper ruler is useful for everyday tasks but cannot replace calibrated instruments.
